Entity Selection and Restructuring: Assist start up businesses in determining the type of entity structure that would work best for them and assist with changing requirements in determining if it is time for the entity to restructure how they are organized.

Litigation Support and Forensic Accounting: We work with individuals and small businesses when they have suffered or suspect they have suffered an financial loss as a result of the actions of others in determining the amount of loss suffered.
